today's breaded fillet went pretty okay, except the fact that we were super rushing for time to present the main course on time. lucky me got to cook the fillet during proficiency test cause the roasted chicken has more cooking to do. (:

time flies, and next culinary day will be our 4th lesson already! and we'll be down in sugarloaf! i love making pastries and chocolates! and to note, the ice mixer there is so cool!! :D
